Tonight I’m baking some chicken breast for my husband. I’ve used this technique with parchment paper once before so I’m recreating it tonight.
I used a few different marinades today because I had 2 kilos of chicken, did three different marinades. I’ll be baking each batch on its own, combining it with the parchment paper technique.
So I’ve marinated the chicken for three hours, now my oven is preheated to 400, and I’m putting the chicken in. I expect this should go as well as last time.
