As tom and I prepare for hopefully expanding our family, I have stopped eating soy and drinking caffeine.
I will have the occasional cup of weak tea, to encourage my fitness routine.. but soy is gone for real.
I was interested in blogging more about my food life and things have pretty much taken a turn for the most boring food days of my life.
Eggs. I’m mostly living off eggs and variations of steamed, blended, stir fried veggies. It’s pretty boring but super healthy? More later.
